New Oppo Find X from 2021 : The first 5G mobile with Snapdragon 888?
Oppo is one of the fastest growing smartphone brands in popularity. And we are not surprised: after testing several of their devices, we can assure first-hand that the Chinese company knows how to make smartphones of incredible quality.
That is why we were delighted to hear the news that Oppo will announce its new Find X series of phones sometime in the first quarter of 2021. And yes, we already know something about these new phones: they will incorporate the new Snapdragon 888 5G processor from Qualcomm.
In this way, Oppo could become the first high-end smartphone brand to incorporate the very powerful new Qualcomm chip. It will also be a way to “accelerate the global deployment of 5G and the improvement of their experiences”, in the words of the same company.
We also offer you more information about the new Snapdragon 888.
What will the new Snapdragon 888 5G bring?
Thanks to a 5nm process technology and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X60 5G Modem-RF system, an improvement in the 5G experience, AI images and video games is promised.
The new processor will also allow Oppo to expand the limits of the screen and camera through an Android 10-bit color management system (Oppo’s own) called Full-Path.
However, as we have already mentioned, the main mission on the part of Oppo and Qualcomm is to promote the use of 5G. The mobile company has launched several products to the market with this type of technology (the Oppo Reno 5G or the Oppo Find X2 series are an example of this).
